Participants are required to bring comfortable clothes, one object they feel related to, and 2 man-sized covers (eg, bed sheets, sleeping bags)

This workshop is suitable for both experienced and inexperienced artists who want to develop their work in performance art and gain an insight into the work of the practice artist duo, VestAndPage (Germany/Italy).

Tired of looking at things from a usual perspective? The workshop offers key understandings about how a performance artist can approach art through the process of making a performative piece. During the exercises, the participants will be provided with tools to create a performance, using one’s own body as a tool. The exercises are aimed to develop our most human inner senses in order to activate memories and open our perceptions to realise pure ideas into actual performance.
