The Substation box office is located at the ground floor foyer of The Substation. Asides from being the ticketing office for Substation's myriad of events and Gatecrasher's sole bricks & mortar ticketing outlet, it also acts as a reception front and collateral centre providing information to intrepid arts lovers and tourists.

The box office also serves as the registration desk for courses held at The Substation. A limited collection of books, postcards and Tees are also available for sale at the box office.

All events sold through Gatecrash are available for purchase at The Substation box office.

• The Substation Box Office is open from 12pm - 8.30pm, Monday to Friday.
• On the weekends it is open two hours before the show starts.
• You can pay cash or NETS at the Box Office.

If the event is sold through SISTIC you will only be able to buy tickets from SISTIC outlets or at the door on the day of the event. Please check the event listing to find out where you can get tickets to the event you want to attend.
