The Substation / Facilities / Box Office
The Substation Box Office is located at the ground floor foyer of The Substation. Aside from being the ticketing office for The Substation’s myriad of events and Gatecrash’s sole bricks & mortar ticketing outlet, it also acts as a reception front and collateral centre providing information to intrepid arts lovers and tourists.
The Box Office also serves as the registration desk for courses held at The Substation. A limited collection of books, postcards and t-shirts are also available for purchase from the Box Office.
The Substation Box Office is open from 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 2 hours prior to a performance on weekends.
The Substation Box office accepts cash or NETS payments, and ticket reservations may be made by contacting the Box Office on +65 6337 7800 or email boxoffice@substation.org
The Substation Box Office can also sell tickets for events and performances as part of a hiring package (when our facilities are hired to stage an event – please see facilities available for rent) or for shows which are held elsewhere.
