Suitable For: Street Culture Creatives

With its roots embedded in political and propaganda art, stencil art has come of age to be where it is now. Being represented aptly by acclaimed artist like Banksy and others, stencil art has found its ways into the hearts and minds of the youths for its DIY aesthetics and urban affiliation.

This new workshop introduces stencil making and printing as an artform. Workshop participants will get an opportunity to create their own stencils, from basic 1 layered stencils to multi layered coloured stencils. From paint rollers to spraypaints, t-shirts to plywoods, in this workshop the multiple ways of creating stencil art will be explored.

Note: Please bring along your own stationery eg; penknife, liquid, paper, scotchtape or masking tape, etc.
