Suitable For: People who can’t wait to unleash their artistic flair.
Acquire basic knowledge in oil painting including preparing materials, painting techniques such as Opaque technique and Alla Prima, and artists that use these methods in their works. Exercises include painting still life and group critiques.

Creating Dramatic and Monumental still lifes

- Black and White drawings of still life and picture taking
Lesson 5: Achieving Interesting Darks Pt 2
- Use preliminary drawings and photos to create a dramatic painting
Jeremy Sharma has a BFA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University and a Masters in Fine Art programme at the LASALLE-SIA College of The Arts, Singapore. Sharma is the winner of the Della Butcher Award (1999 Singapore) for excellence in Painting and was awarded an honorable mention at the Philip Morris Singapore-ASEAN Art Awards (2003 & 2005). Sharma also teaches painting/drawing part-time at the LASALLE College of The Arts.
Note: Bring an apron and two lidded-jars (eg. jam jar) for washing.
