This is an exhibition of the winning proposals for The Substation X MINUS 初 Student Design Competition. The competition engaged students, as participants, in designing innovative ideas to reconfigure the existing first storey layout of The Substation, using the basis of universal accessibility and enhancing the vibrancy of the place, as starting points. The competition is organised as a nation-wide event open to all tertiary design schools in Singapore from March – May 2012. MINUS is a self-funded group of NUS Architecture students.
